摘要
新冠肺炎疫情下诚信缺失现象主要表现为谣言四起,瞒报、谎报事件时有发生以及销售制作假冒伪劣防疫用品等。原因在于社会诚信道德教育和社会征信体系不够完善以及市场经济带来的负面影响。通过加强社会诚信道德教育,完善社会征信体系和重大突发公共卫生事件管理与监测机制,可有效减少诚信缺失事件的发生。
After the outbreak of the Covid-19,there was some news about the lack of integrity,such as rumors,concealments,false reports and selling and producing some fake and shoddy epidemic prevention supplies.The reasons lie in that the moral education of social integrity and the system of social credit investigation are not perfect enough and the negative effect brought by the market economy.By strengthening the moral education of social integrity,improving the social credit investigation system and the management and monitoring mechanism of the major unexpected public health events,the occurrence of a lack of integrity can be effectively reduced.
