云河灌区取水枢纽工程设计探讨

摘要 云河灌区取水枢纽设计要保证年来水量能够满足灌区3000hm 3农田灌溉及枢纽下游的已建电站的发电要求,同时,还要满足水路和陆路方面的效益规划要求。该灌区需要在河道上建座拦河坝,壅高水位,对洪水不起调节作用,故坝顶不设闸门,为自由泄流坝,也不需专人管理。文章以实际调查河道水文情况、地质资料和水文条件状况为基础,立足于安全、经济可行性进行设计,可供类似工程参考。 The design of the water intake hub in Yunhe irrigated area should ensure that the annual incoming water amount can meet the irrigation requirements of 3000hm 3 farmland in the irrigated area and the power generation requirements of the established power stations at the downstream area of the hub.Meanwhile,it should also meet the efficiency planning requirements of waterway and land route.The irrigated area needs to build a barrage on the river to banked-up water level.It has no regulating effect on the flood.Therefore,there is no gate on the top of the dam.It belongs to a free discharge dam.Special management is not required.The design is based on safety and economic feasibility according to the actual investigation of river hydrologic regime,geological data and hydrological conditions,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
