摘要
目的探讨远航期间和平方舟医院船任务人员晕船病发病率与年龄的相关性,为今后医院船合理配置任务人员及提高任务人员抗晕船能力提供参考依据。方法根据自愿原则,采用自制问卷对和平方舟医院船260名任务人员进行问卷调查。采用SPSS19.0统计软件及Empower Stats软件对数据进行统计分析。结果<40岁任务人员,年龄每增加1岁,晕船病发生率增加5%;≥40岁任务人员,年龄每增加1岁,晕船病发生率降低10%。<40岁任务人员,出海次数每增加1次,晕船病发生率降低5%;≥40岁任务人员,随着出海次数增加,晕船病发生率几乎无变化。结论配备远航任务人员时,加强对年龄等因素评估,以更好适应远航任务,降低晕船病的发生率。
Objective To explore the correlation between the incidence of seasickness and age of the mis⁃sion personnel on the hospital ship during the long voyage,so as to improve the anti-seasickness ability of the mis⁃sion personnel.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 260 mission personnel on the hospital ship.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 and Empower Stats software.Results For those mission personnel aged under 40,the incidence of seasickness increased by 5%for each additional year of age.For those who are over or equal to 40 years old,the incidence of seasickness decreased by 10%for each additional year of age.For mission personnel under 40 years old,the incidence of seasickness decreased by 5%for every increase in the number of sea trips.For mission personnel over or equal to 40 years old,the incidence of seasickness almost remained unchanged with the increase in the number of sea trips.Conclusion In order to better adapt to the long-distance mission and reduce the incidence of seasickness,we should strengthen the evaluation of age.
