摘要
为提高BIM技术在地铁工程的施工管理水平,实现地铁工程BIM施工管理转型升级,通过分析城市地铁应用需求,研究BIM技术与PDCA管理理念的结合,建立基于PDCA的BIM施工管理体系,并在深圳地铁16号线进行试验测试。研究结果表明:利用基于PDCA的BIM施工管理模式,对地铁工程的施工策划、施工实施、施工检查、施工改进等方面的方案模拟,提高了地铁工程施工全过程的管理效率,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to improve the construction management level of BIM technology in subway projects, realize the transformation and upgrading of BIM construction management of subway projects. By analyzing the application requirements of urban subways, studying the combination of BIM technology and PDCA management concepts, establish a PDCA-based BIM construction management system. And the trial test was carried out on the 16 th line of the Shenzhen metro. The research results show that the use of PDCA-based BIM construction management mode to simulate the construction planning, construction implementation, construction inspection, construction improvement and other aspects of the subway project has improved the management efficiency of the entire construction process of the subway project and achieved better results.
