摘要
使用基于SM聚类特征提取、傅里叶分析频率特征提取以及机器学习故障类型判定等录波图分析方法,在农电营业厅办电终端提供轻量化和可视化的故障录波波形展示服务。对投诉客户进行服务时,革新系统可以获得更高的客户满意率,执行窃电行为交涉时,革新系统可以在现场交涉时提供更高的交涉成功率,有效避免相关诉讼的发生,同时经历现场交涉和诉讼环节后,革新系统的交涉失败率远低于传统系统。因此可以证明革新系统较传统系统拥有更强的服务能力。
Based on SM clustering feature extraction,fourier analysis frequency feature extraction,machine learning fault type judgment and other oscillogram analysis methods,lightweight and visual fault waveform display service is provided in rural power office terminal.The innovation system can obtain higher customer satisfaction rate when providing service to customers who complain about electricity theft;when carrying out negotiation on electricity stealing behavior,the innovation system can provide higher negotiation success rate in on-site negotiation,and effectively avoid the occurrence of relevant litigation.At the same time,the negotiation failure rate of the innovation system is far lower than that of the traditional system after on-site negotiation and litigation environment.The innovation system has stronger service capability than the traditional system.
