摘要
以江苏省某化工园区综合废水为研究对象,采用铁碳微电解-芬顿氧化-絮凝沉淀工艺对其进行了预处理,通过单因素试验研究了pH、铁碳反应时间、双氧水(H2O2)投加量对CODCr去除率的影响。试验结果表明:在进水流量为100 L/h、pH值=3、铁碳反应时间为1.5 h、H2O2投加量为800 mg/L时,预处理效果最好,CODCr去除率达到45.9%,B/C提高至0.36,缓解了高浓度化工废水对生化系统的毒性和冲击,提高了废水可生化性。通过计算,该水处理工艺的产泥量为0.418 kg/t,运行成本为5.05元/t。以上研究结果为化工园区污水厂分质预处理提供了设计依据。
Pretreatment process of iron-carbon microelectrolysis-Fenton oxidation-flocculation sedimentation was used to treat comprehensive wastewater in chemical industrial park in Jiangsu Province.Effects of pH,HRT and H2O2 on CODCr removal rate were studied by single factor experiment.Results exhibited that when influent quantity was 100 L/h,pH value=3,iron carbon reaction time was 1.5 h,and the dosage of H2O2 was 800 mg/L,the process showed best pretreatment effect with 45.9%CODCr degradation,B/C increasing to 0.36.This process could reduce the toxicity of high concentration chemical wastewater and alleviate the impact on biochemical system,as well as improve the biodegradability of wastewater.After calculation and analysis,sludge production was 0.418 kg/t,operation cost was 5.05 yuan/t.Obtained results provided the design basis for the separate pretreatment of wastewater plant in chemical industry park.
