摘要
综采工作面的快速回撤是一项由岩层控制、设备调度和人员协调等因素组成的复杂系统工程。以韩家湾煤矿3-1煤层某综采工作面末采回撤工程实践为研究案例,对综采工作面实现快速回撤工艺进行探讨。通过对3401综采工作面回撤工作分析,逐步明确了中厚煤层、中等冒落及难冒落型顶板、单回撤通道条件下,综采工作面快速回撤工作方案,制定了具体的回撤方法,并确定了严格把控末采贯通期间工程施工质量、加强工作面矿压显现规律监测、完善回撤通道加强支护措施等保障措施。经现场实践,实现了综采工作面快速、高效的完成末采回撤,为矿区类似条件下综采工作面快速回撤提供了工程借鉴。
The rapid withdrawal of fully mechanized mining face is a complex system engineering composed of strata control,equipment scheduling and personnel coordination.Taking the practice of final mining and withdrawal project in fully mechanized mining face of No.3-1 coal seam in Hanjiawan Coal Mine as an example,the rapid withdrawal technology of fully mechanized mining face is discussed.Based on the analysis of the withdrawal work of 3401 fully mechanized mining face,this paper puts forward the rapid withdrawal work scheme of fully mechanized mining face under the conditions of medium thick coal seam,medium caving and difficult caving roof and single withdrawal channel,defines the specific withdrawal method,and formulates the measures to strictly control the engineering construction quality during the final mining,strengthen the monitoring of ground pressure behavior law of the working face,and improve the reinforcement support of withdrawal channel.Through field practice,the rapid and efficient withdrawal of fully mechanized face is realized,which provides an engineering reference for the rapid withdrawal of fully mechanized face under similar conditions in the mining area.
