基于聚类分析和信息熵的灰色关联分析在便携式呼吸机采购决策中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对便携式呼吸机选型指标及采购方法进行探讨,以避免选型指标权重设定和产品采购结果主观性过强的问题。方法:结合市场上呼吸机的功能参数制订通气功能、通气模式、核心参数、驱动方式、价格优势、售后服务、整机质量、销售业绩8个评价指标。采用基于聚类分析和信息熵的灰色关联分析建立数学模型,计算得出最优呼吸机。选取10种不同品牌的呼吸机验证该数学模型的可行性。结果:通过关联序比较和数学模型计算结果分析,得出了关联度最大的最优呼吸机,克服了指标权重设定的主观性。结论:基于聚类分析和信息熵的灰色关联分析建立的数学模型可以为产品遴选和指标论证提供决策依据。 Objective To explore the selection indexes and procurement methods of the portable ventilator to avoid excessive subjectivity in the setting of selection index weights and ventilator procurement.Methods Totally eight evaluation indexes were determined based on the functional parameters of ventilators on the market,including ventilation function,ventilation mode,core parameters,driving mode,price advantage,after-sales service,overall quality and sales performance.A mathematical model was established using grey relational analysis based on cluster analysis and information entropy to find the optimal ventilator.Ten brands of ventilators were selected to verify the feasibility of the mathematical model proposed.Results The optimal ventilator with the highest correlation degree was derived by comparing the relational sequences and analyzing the results of the mathematical model,and the subjectivity was relieved in setting the index weights.Conclusion The mathematical model based on the grey relational analysis for the cluster analysis and information entropy provides a basis for decision making in ventilator selection and index demonstration.
