2017-2019年攀枝花市仁和区居民碘营养水平分析

Analysis on iodine nutrition level of residents in Renhe District of Panzhihua City from 2017-2019

摘要 目的了解攀枝花市仁和区居民碘营养情况,为防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法 2017—2019年,按东、西、南、北、中各随机抽取1个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取1所小学,每所小学随机抽取40名左右8~10岁学生和每个乡镇随机抽取20名孕妇采集食用盐和尿样。结果 2017—2019年共检测盐样947份,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率及合格碘盐食用率分别为98.52%、96.20%和97.64%,3年间碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率及合格碘盐食用率均呈下降趋势(均P<0.05)。采集8~10岁儿童尿样647份,尿碘中位数为217.50 g/L;不同性别、年龄、年份儿童尿碘水平差异均无统计学意义(H=1.260、5.481、1.357,均P>0.05)。共采集孕妇尿样300份,尿碘中位数为181.65 g/L。2017年8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率为0。结论 2017—2019年攀枝花市仁和区儿童甲肿率低于国家标准,儿童人群碘营养水平总体处于超适量摄入状态,孕妇碘营养水平总体处于适宜状态。今后应进一步加强重点人群碘营养监测和健康教育。 Objective To understand the iodine nutrition situation of residents in Renhe District of Panzhihua City,provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods From 2017 to 2019,one town was randomly selected from each direction of east,west,south,north and center,and one primary school was selected in each town,about 40 students aged 8-10 years old in each school and 20 pregnant women in each town were randomly selected to collect their urine and salt samples. Results From 2017-2019,a total of 947 salt samples were detected,and the coverage rate of iodized salt,the qualified rate of iodized salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 98.52%,96.20% and 97.64%,respectively. The coverage rate of iodized salt,the qualified rate of iodized salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt showed the downward trend in three years(all P<0.05). A total of 647 urine samples were collected from students aged 8-10 years old,the median urinary iodine was 217.50 g/L,and there were no statistically significant differences in urinary iodine among children of different gender, age and year(H=1.260,5.481,1.357,all P>0.05). A total of 300 urine samples of pregnant women were collected,and the median urinary iodine was 181.65 g/L. The goiter rate in children aged 8-10 years old was 0 in 2017.Conclusion From 2017-2019,the goiter rate of children in Renhe District of Panzhihua City is lower than the national standard. The iodine nutrition status in children is generally in a state of excess intake,and the iodine nutrition status in pregnant women is generally in a suitable state. In the future,iodine nutrition surveillance and health education of key population should be further strengthened.
