Development of Micro-reaming While Drilling Tool and Its Application in Improving the Quality of Horizontal Well

摘要 弯螺杆钻具组合在水平井钻进中会形成螺旋状井眼,井壁上微台阶、微狗腿现象突出,导致实际井径比预期井眼小,易造成起下钻困难,划眼、电测和下套管时间长。在调研国内外随钻微扩眼器相关技术的基础上,研制了一种适用于Φ215.9 mm水平井的偏心式随钻微扩眼器,采用上、下两组螺旋刀翼清除井壁上微台阶、修整井壁改善井身质量,同时对岩屑床具有扰动破坏作用。现场应用表明,随钻微扩眼器微扩井眼效果好,应用井段的井径扩大最高9.53%;有助于减少划眼作业时间,提高起下钻时效,应用井段电测、下套管期间无遇阻现象。 In sliding drilling of horizontal well,the micro-steps and micro-doglegs of borehole wall are very prominent,which could form a spiral wellbore.This cause the actual well diameter is smaller than the expected wellbore.A smaller wellbore is easy to cause the difficulty of tripping and long-time of reaming,electric logging and casing running.Based on the investigation of the technology of micro-reaming tool at home and abroad,an eccentric micro-reaming while drilling tool is developed in this paper,which is used for Φ215.9 mm horizontal well.The tool has upper and lower two sets of spiral blades,which are used to remove the micro steps of wellbore walls to improve the quality of the wellbore.Meanwhile,this tool has the effect of disturbing and destroying the cuttings bed.The field application shows that:the tool can effectively eliminate micro-steps of wellbore,and the maximum enlargement of wellbore is 9.53%;the tool can be helpful to reduce reaming operation time,improve tripping efficiency,and there is no resistance during the application of electric logging and casing running.
