摘要
目前110 kV变电站普遍配置单套直流电源系统。为了提高变电站直流电源系统可靠性,运维单位根据需要对原直流电源系统进行双重化改造,即增加一套直流电源系统(含一个充电屏、一组蓄电池及一个馈线屏)。在直流电源系统双重化改造过程中出现了多种设计、施工问题,不符合相关规程、反措规定,影响变电站后续正常运行。本文为解决以上问题,从前期准备、设计、采购到施工和原系统补充改造等方面提出切实有效的措施,并已在现场实施验证。
At present,110 kV substations are generally equipped with a single DC(direct-current)power supply system.In order to improve the reliability of the DC power supply system,power supply companies carry out the dual transformation of the DC power supply system,which is to add the second DC power supply system(includ⁃ing a charging machine,a group of batteries and a feeder screen).In the process of the dual transformation of the DC power,there is a variety of design and construction problems appeared which infringe the relevant regulations and affect the normal operation of the substation.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes practi⁃cal and effective measures are from the aspects of preparation,design,procurement,construction and modifica⁃tion of the original system,and these measures has been implemented and verified in practical application.
