信阳板栗壳色素溶剂提取的工艺优化

摘要 以信阳板栗为原材料进行壳色素的提取,并在单因素的基础上,对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:板栗壳色素提取的最优工艺参数为料液比1∶19(g/mL)、浸提时间2.1 h、浸提温度71℃,在该工艺条件下的色素提取率为4.35%。试验所选三个影响因素的显著性排序为:料液比>浸提时间>浸提温度。 In this paper,Xinyang Chestnut was used as raw material to extract shell pigment,and the extraction pro⁃cess was optimized on the basis of single factor.The results show that the optimum extraction parameters of chest⁃nut shell pigment is the ratio of material to liquid 1∶19(g/mL),extraction time is 2.1 h,extraction temperature is at 71℃.Under this process,the extraction rate of pigment was 4.35%.The significant order of the three factors select⁃ed in the experiment are as follows:ratio of material to liquid>extraction time>extraction temperature.
