复方当归注射液联合强脉冲光治疗面部黄褐斑的疗效及对皮肤相关指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨复方当归注射液联合强脉冲光在面部黄褐斑患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2019年4月-2021年1月就诊于我院的200例黄褐斑患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。对照组给予强脉冲光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上复方当归注射液,持续治疗3个疗程。对比两组临床疗效、皮肤相关指标及皮肤状况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95%,高于对照组的86%,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后色素沉淀、色斑、皮肤皱纹评分均低于对照组,皮肤弹性、角质层含水量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方当归注射液联合强脉冲光治疗面部黄褐斑效果确切,可有效改善患者皮肤状态,促进色素消退。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of compound angelica injection combined with strong pulsed light in patients with facial chloasma.Methods 200 chloasma patients treated in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2021 were divided into two groups according to random digital table,100 each.The control group was given strong pulse light treatment in the control group.The observation group gave compound angelica injection on the basis of the control group,and continued treatment for 3 courses.The two groups of clinical efficacy,skin-related indicators and skin conditions were compared.Results The total efficiency was 95.00%,higher than 86.00%with statistical difference(P<0.05)in observation group.The pigmentation,spots and skin wrinkle scores were lower than control group,and skin elasticity and cuticle water content were higher than control group.The difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Angelica injection combined with strong pulse light could effectively improve the skin condition and promote pigment regression.
