基于Polyflow的反螺纹元件对粒子分散性仿真研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究双螺杆挤出机中反螺纹元件对无机粒子在聚丙烯基体材料中分散混合作用,建立含有不同反螺纹元件的螺杆模型,利用Polyflow软件模拟聚丙烯在等温条件下的挤出过程,基于网格叠加技术和粒子示踪法,采用后处理模块Polystat统计分析反螺纹元件对流场及混合效果的影响。结果显示:在常规料筒中反螺纹元件对物料的剪切作用最大,是啮合块元件的2.25倍;当混合段的反螺纹数量为2组时,示踪粒子的混合效果最好,有利于纳米粒子在高聚物中的分散。 In order to study the effect of anti-thread elements on the dispersion and mixing of inorganic particles in polypropylene matrix materials in a twin-screw extruder,screw models with different anti-thread elements was established,and the extrusion process of polypropylene under isothermal conditions was simulated by Polyflow software.Based on Mesh superposition technique and particle tracer method,the post-processing module Polystat was used to analyze the influence of anti-thread elements on the flow field and mixing effect.The results show that in the conventional barrel,the shear effect of the reverse thread element on the material is the greatest,which is 2.25 times that of the meshing block element,and when the number of reverse threads in the mixing section is two groups,the mixing effect of tracer particles is the best,which is beneficial to the dispersion of nanoparticles in the polymer.
