摘要 首先介绍了塑料激光透射焊接的原理,焊接工艺对选材的要求。其次,探析了材料对激光透射焊接的影响因素,分析了增韧、增强、材料配色以及厚度对透光率的影响,同时对现阶段激光吸收剂的使用情况进行了综述。最后,针对目前制造过程中遇到的问题,对激光焊接材料提出了新需求。 Firstly,the principle of laser transmission welding and the requirement of welding material selection were introduced.Secondly,the material influence factors on laser welding are analyzed from some aspects.The influence of material toughened,reinforced,color matching,and thickness on transmittance were analyzed respectively.The application of laser absorbents at present was summarized.Finally,in view of the problems encountered in the current manufacturing process,the new requirements for laser welding materials were put forward.
