摘要
甲玛铜钼混合精矿因药剂、微细粒泥和辉钼矿紧密吸附,导致钼品位及回收率很难提高,针对这一技术难题,对该含泥铜钼精矿进行了详细的试验研究,最终获得流动性摩擦脱药高浓度浮选新工艺在铜钼混合浮选-抑铜浮钼中应用。采用此工艺进行试验,在铜钼混合精矿钼品位0.52%,铜品位23.37%的情况下,可获得钼精矿钼品位45.19%、作业回收率82.05%,铜精矿铜品位23.58%、作业回收率99.95%的生产指标,为该含泥低品位铜钼矿石的选矿提供了技术依据。该技术理念可作为铜、铅、锌、金、银、钼、硫、铁等依次浮选设计资源依据。
The molybdenum grade and recovery rate are difficult to improve due to the close adsorption of medicament, fine granular mud and molybdenite. In view of this technical problem, the mud copper molybdenum concentrate is studied in detail. Finally, a new process of high concentration flotation with fluidity friction demineralization is obtained and applied in copper molybdenum mixed flotation. By using this process, the production indexes of molybdenum grade 45.19%, recovery rate 82.05%, copper grade 23.58% and recovery rate 99.95% can be obtained under the condition of molybdenum grade 0.52% and copper grade 23.37%, which provides the technical basis for the ore dressing of the low grade copper molybdenum ore containing mud.The technical concept can be used as the basis for flotation design of copper, lead, zinc, gold, silver, molybdenum, sulfur and iron.
