摘要
高氮不锈钢具有优异的力学性能和化学性能,但其冶炼难度较大。高压底吹氮工艺适用于冶炼高氮不锈钢。分析了高压底吹氮条件下影响钢中增氮的热力学和动力学参数。业已确定:高压和高铬、高锰含量有利于钢液中氮的溶解;底吹氮流量越大钢液增氮速率越大,底吹时间延长钢液中氮含量增加;提高凝固压力可有效抑制钢液中氮因偏析而逸出。
High-nitrogen stainless steel has excellent mechanical and chemical properties,but is more difficult to be smelted.A type of high-pressure bottom blowing nitrogen process is suitable for smelting high-nitrogen stainless steel.The thermodynamic and kinetic parameters influencing nitrogen increment in the steel under the condition of high pressure bottom blowing nitrogen were analyzed,and it has been determined that(a)high pressure,high chromium and manganese contents were beneficial to solution of nitrogen in the molten steel;(b)the higher the bottom blowing nitrogen flow rate was,the greater the nitrogen-increasing rate in the molten steel was,and as the bottom blowing time increased,so too did the nitrogen content in the molten steel;and(c)the increase in solidification pressure made it possible to effectively inhibit escape of nitrogen from molten steel due to its segregation.
