摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)作为临床常见的慢性肝病,是非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的严重病理类型之一,其确切的发病机制尚未完全阐明,缺乏针对性治疗手段。而内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)参与到目前最广泛接受的“多重打击”学说发病机制中,被认为可引起肝脏脂肪代谢紊乱、炎症及细胞凋亡,是一种导致NASH发生发展的应激反应。为进一步了解ERS在NASH中的作用,本文拟对ERS引起NASH发生发展机制的前沿研究作一概述。
Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),as a common chronic liver disease,is one of the important pathological categories of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),yet its exact pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated,and there is no targeted treatment.But endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)is involved in the pathogenesis of the most widely accepted“multiple strike”theory,which is a stress response that causes liver fat metabolism disorder,inflammation and cell apoptosis,and ultimately leading to occurrence and progression of NASH.To further understand the role of ERS in NASH,this paper intended to review the progress in relevant research of the role of ERS in the pathogenesis of NASH.
