摘要
原油降黏剂是为了增加原油流动性,从根本上降低稠油的黏度.开发降黏剂用于解决原油开采过程中的流动性难题,其对缓和能源紧张、减少人力物力的投入和降低开发难度,具有重要的价值.利用自制的甲基丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯、马来酸酐等单体,通过溶液聚合的方法合成一种油溶性的聚合物——三元共聚物.通过单因素实验及正交试验得到的合成条件为:丙烯酸与混合醇的单体物质的量比为1.2∶1,携水剂甲苯为酸醇质量和的30%,催化剂质量分数为1%,单体物质的量比为6∶3∶2,引发剂摩尔分数为0.8%,聚合温度保持在60℃下进行4 h.得到的聚合物所能达到的降黏率为60%,成功地降低了原油的黏度.利用红外表征证明单体酯和聚合物中各种官能团的存在,合成的产物中没有其它的副产物.
The viscosity reducer of crude oil is to increase the liquidity of crude oil and fundamentally reduce the viscosity of heavy oil.It is of great value to solve the liquidity problem in the process of crude oil exploitation by developing viscosity reducer,which is of great value to ease the energy shortage,reduce the investment of manpower and material resources and reduce the difficulty of development.An oil-soluble terpolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization of methacrylic ester,styrene,maleic anhydride and other monomers.The results of single factor experiment and orthogonal test showed that the molar ratio of acrylic acid to mixed alcohol was 1.2∶1,the water carrying agent toluene was 30%of the mass sum of acid and alcohol,and the catalyst additive was 1%.The results show that when the molar ratio of monomer is 6∶3∶2,the amount of the initiator is 0.8%,and the polymerization temperature is kept at 60℃for 4 h,the viscosity reduction rate of the obtained polymer can reach 60%,and the viscosity of the crude oil is successfully reduced.The presence of various functional groups in the monomer ester and the polymer is demonstrated by means of an infrared characterization,and there is no other by-product in the synthesized product.
