摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合点阵激光及曲安奈德注射液治疗白癜风的疗效。方法将2019年1月—2020年3月在保定市第一中心医院治疗的52例白癜风患者按照随机数字表法分为2组各26例。对照组采用点阵激光和曲安奈德注射液治疗(3周1次),研究组在对照组基础上口服复方甘草酸苷片,2组均治疗6个月。检测2组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,记录2组临床治疗效果及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)显著高于治疗前及对照组(P均<0.05),CD8^(+)显著低于治疗前及对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗后的有效率为73.1%(20/26),对照组为57.7%(15/26),研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为19.2%(5/26),对照组为15.4%(4/26),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合点阵激光及曲安奈德注射液治疗白癜风可有效提高临床治疗效果,机制可能与改善免疫功能,降低炎症反应有关。
Objective It is to investigate the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with fractional laser and triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods A total of 52 patients with vitiligo who were treated in Baoding First Central Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were divided into 2 groups with 26 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with fractional laser and triamcinolone acetonide injection(once every 3 weeks),and the study group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The levels of T lymphocytes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded in the two groups.Results After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and CD8^(+)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(all P<0.05),and the levels of these indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The effective rate after treatment in the study group was 73.1%(20/26),and that in the control group was 57.7%(15/26),the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 19.2%(5/26)and that in the control group was 15.4%(4/26),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with fractional laser and triamcinolone acetonide injection can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of vitiligo.The mechanism may be related to improving immune function and reducing inflammation.
