摘要
以自然老化甜菜种子法饲一号为试验材料,研究不同引发处理对老化甜菜种子活力和幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比各处理均不同程度改善了老化种子活力及生理相关指标,其中12 h纯水浸种、1.0%壳聚糖、250 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)、0.6%H_(2)O_(2)、25%PEG-6000、1.5%CaCl_(2)及100 mg·L^(-1)AsA分别为各引发剂最佳处理。经1.0%壳聚糖和250 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)引发后的种子萌发相关指标显著高于其他处理,淀粉酶活力及可溶性蛋白含量显著升高,幼苗活性氧含量与脂膜过氧化作用显著降低(p<0.05)。说明引发不仅可以提高老化甜菜种子活力和萌发相关酶活性,还可以减轻老化种子细胞膜受伤害程度,进而有利于幼苗后续生长发育。
In this study,the effects of different priming treatments on seed vigor and seedling physiological characteristics of aging beet were studied using natural aging beet variety Fasi 1 as experimental material.The results showed that all treatments improved the vigor and physiological indexes of aging seeds to different degrees compared with the control.Among them,the pure water soaking for 12 h,1.0%chitosan,250 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3),0.6%H_(2)O_(2),25%PEG-6000,1.5%CaCl_(2)and 100 mg·L^(-1)AsA were the best treatments for each initiating agent.The seed germination-related indexes induced by 1.0%chitosan and 250 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)were significantly higher than those of other treatments,amylase activity and soluble protein content were significantly increased,and reactive oxygen species content and lipid membrane peroxidation of seedlings were significantly decreased(p<0.05).These results indicated that priming could not only improve the vigor and germination-related enzyme activities of aging beet seeds,but also reduce the damage degree of cell membrane of aging seeds,which was beneficial to the subsequent growth and development of seedlings.
