摘要
目的:了解SAPHO综合征的临床特点。方法:回顾分析2014年9月至2020年1月香港大学深圳医院皮肤科确诊的5例SAPHO综合征患者的临床资料,包括患者的临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查、治疗及转归等信息。结果:5例患者均出现掌跖脓疱,其中1例伴急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病、1例伴痤疮、1例受累骨关节局部皮肤红肿。关节表现:5例均出现胸锁关节受累,3例伴外周大关节受累,1例伴骶髂关节受累,1例伴颅骨受累。内脏表现:2例出现无菌性肺炎,其中1例发生肺栓塞,同时伴胆汁淤积、胸膜炎、脑膜炎、淋巴结肿大。影像学表现:5例骨同位素扫描均出现放射性核素摄取异常增高。结论:SAPHO综合征临床表现多样,除皮肤、骨关节受累外还可累及内脏,肺脏为主要受累器官。
Objective:To investigate the clinical features of SAPHO syndrome.Methods:The clinical data of 5 patients with SAPHO syndrome were collected by dermatology department of Hong Kong University of Shenzhen Hospital, including the clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, imaging examination, treatment and outcome of the patients.Results:Most patients had common clinical manifestations, including pustulosis on the palms, synovitis of the sternoclavicular joint. Some patients had visceral involvement, such as aseptic pneumonia for 2 cases, 1 case developed pulmonary embolism for one case.Conclusions:SAPHO syndrome has a variety of clinical features.
