摘要
电动静液作动器(EHA,electro-hydrostatic actuator)是民用飞机飞控作动系统的关键部件,其故障模式及影响是适航审定和符合性验证关注的重点。目前,工程实践中将EHA系统中各部件进行线性化处理会忽略系统中非线性因素对故障表现的影响。针对该问题,基于AMESim仿真平台建立了考虑刚度、连接间隙等非线性因素的EHA系统仿真模型,通过仿真研究刚度、连接间隙等非线性因素对液压缸内泄漏故障的影响。仿真结果表明:刚度降低了液压缸内泄漏故障的幅度,但造成了周期性振荡;连接间隙造成EHA系统输出延迟,且增大了EHA系统位移输出的稳态误差。非线性因素会显著影响EHA系统故障表现,该结论可为EHA系统适航审定和符合性验证提供技术支持。
Electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA)is a key component of flight control actuator system of civil aircraft.Its failure mode and effect are the focus of airworthiness certification and compliance verification.In current engineering practice,linearizing the components in the EHA system will ignore the influence of nonlinear factors in the system on the fault performance.Basing on AMESim simulation platform and considering the nonlinear factors of stiffness and connection clearance,EHA system nonlinear model is established.Simulation analysis is carried out to explore the influence of nonlinear factors such as stiffness and connection clearance on the leakage fault in hydraulic cylinder.Results show that stiffness reduces the magnitude of leakage fault in hydraulic cylinder but causes periodic vibration while stiffness has significant influence on the leakage in hydraulic cylinder.Nonlinear factors significantly affect EHA system failure performance,which provides technical support for airworthiness certification and compliance verification of EHA system.
