摘要
对一起750kV变电站66kV干式空心并联电抗器引流双导线发热缺陷进行分析,得出导线发热原因为引流双导线与间隔棒、双导线设备线夹在电抗器磁净空距离内形成了闭合环路,在电抗器强磁环境下产生了较大感应环流和涡流,引起局部过热。为消除发热缺陷,通过对比不同抑制措施的可行性与经济性,提出了采用单导线引流的改造建议,为今后干式空心电抗器的安装应用提供了参考。
This paper analyzed the heating defect of a 66 kV dry-type air-core shunt reactor in a 750 kV substation.The result showed the reason for overheating:the double-drainage wire,the spacer rod,and the wire clip of the double-wire device in the magnetic clearance distance formed a closed-loop.This closed-loop produced large inductive circulating currents and eddy currents in the strong magnetic environment of the reactor.The large inductive circulating currents and eddy currents could create the overheating problem.Hence,this study proposes a suggestion by comparing the feasibility and economy of different suppression measures.This proposal provides a reference for the installation and application of dry-type air-core reactors in the future.
