摘要
输电线路山火应急时限性要求高,直升机扑救输电线路山火优势明显。针对直升机喷洒灭火水剂利用率低、灭火水剂分布不均匀等问题,提出了输电线路山火全尺寸、全过程直升机喷洒灭火试验方案,开展了不同高度、不同飞行速度等条件下的直升机高空喷洒试验,测量了灭火水剂的分布深度,获得了灭火水剂分布参数。根据灭火水剂的灭火效率,获得了输电线路山火航空灭火高效、有效和无效喷洒区域,计算了直升机喷洒灭火水剂利用率,为编制输电线路山火现场直升机灭火策略提供理论依据。灭火水剂的覆盖面积随飞行速度、喷洒高度的增加而增加,灭火水剂最大深度为1.6mm。采用纯水灭火时,灭火水剂的利用率最高仅达1.4%。采用高效灭火剂灭火时,灭火水剂的利用率可以达到30%~70%。基于该文试验结论,提出了输电线路山火高效灭火策略,开展了输电线路山火直升机喷洒灭火应用。以2019年清明期间扑救500 kV五民线山火为实例分析,利用试验数据与结论,在20min内快速地扑灭了明火面积达600m2的输电线路山火,验证了输电线路山火喷洒特性指导现场山火扑救的适用性和优势。
There is a high time-limit requirement for emergency of wildfire near transmission lines.Helicopters have advantages in extinguishing wildfire near transmission lines.Aiming at the problems of large amount of drifting and uneven fire extinguishing by helicopter drop extinguishing agent,we proposed a scheme of full-scale and full-process helicopter extinguishing agent drop tests for wildfire.Drop experiments at different altitudes and different flying speeds were carried out.The distribution of fire extinguishing agent depth was measured,and the distribution pattern of extinguishing agent was obtained.According to the efficiency of extinguishing agent,the high-efficiency,effective,and ineffective spraying areas were obtained.The drift amount and utilization rate of helicopter fire extinguishing water agent were calculated,which could provide a theoretical foundation for the compilation of helicopter fire extinguishing strategy on the transmission line mountain fire site.It is found that the coverage area of the fire extinguishing agent will increase with the increase of flight speed and flight altitude.The maximum depth of fire extinguishing liquid is 1.6 mm.When using pure water for fire extinguishing,the maximum utilization rate of fire extinguishing agent is only 1.4%.When high-efficiency fire extinguishing agent is used to extinguish a fire,the utilization rate of the fire extinguishing agent can reach 30%~70%.Based on the test conclusions of this paper,a high-efficiency fire suppression strategy for firefighting of the wildfire is formulated.The application of wildfire near transmission lines by helicopter spraying system has been carried out.Furthermore,the firefighting of wildfire near 500 kV Wumin during the Qingming period in 2019 is taken as an example,and the results show that when the test data and conclusions are adopted,the wildfire with an area of 600 square meters is quickly extinguished in 20 minutes.The applicability and advantages to guide the on-site hill fire suppression of the rules for wildfire drop can be verified.
