摘要
为满足规划道路通行要求,在不影响上部结构使用功能的前提下,需对某项目已完工的裙房底层柱进行托柱改造与加固;详细介绍了改造方案和施工工艺,通过抽柱、新加转换柱、新增预应力箱形转换梁、人字斜撑等加固措施实现了工程的改造加固;重点阐述了大跨度结构托柱改造过程中沉降及构件内力的控制、上部荷载太大施工措施无法实现托换时的抽柱转换问题,以及人字斜撑在加固改造中的应用等关键技术问题。施工过程的监测结果表明,改造过程中拆除既有柱后,梁、柱的内力进行了重分配,结构的整体挠度变形很小,结构的改造和加固是安全的。
In order to meet the traffic requirements of the planned road,under the premise of not affecting the use function of the superstructure,it was necessary to transform and reinforce the supporting column at the bottom layer of the completed podium of the project;the reconstruction plan and construction technology were introduced in detail,and the reconstruction and reinforcement of the project were realized through reinforcement measures such as pulling columns,adding transfer column,adding prestressed box-shaped transfer beam,herringbone inclined brace;the key technical problems,such as the settlement and the control of the internal forces of the members in the process of the transformation of the large-span structure supporting column,the problem of the transfer of the pulling column when the upper load is too large to achieve the transformation,and the application of the herringbone inclined brace in the reinforcement and transformation,were emphatic expounded.The monitoring results of the construction show that the internal force of the beams and columns is redistributed after the demolition of the existing columns during the transformation,and the overall deflection of the structure is very small,so the reconstruction and reinforcement of the structure are safe.
