摘要
目的构建分级分类评价模式对临床医师专业水平能力进行评价。方法结合疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)数据,从工作强度、能力、质量安全和效率4个维度采取加权TOPSIS法对医师临床水平能力进行分级分类考核评价。结果心血管内科手术组高级、中级医师分值较高,而以门诊工作或高血压治疗等非手术治疗为主的医师分值较底。结论考核评价结果较客观,认可度高,并可运用于核心人力资源绩效、临床实践技能水平的认定和手术授权以及专科建设和人才队伍培养。
Objective To establish grading and classifying evaluation model to evaluate the medical service capability of clinicians based on DRG.Methods Based on DRG,weighted TOPSIS method was adopted to evaluate the clinical competence of clinicians from four dimensions,including work intensity,ability,quality safety and efficiency.Results The scores of senior and intermediate doctors in the cardiovascular surgery group were higher,while those who focused on outpatient work or non-surgical treatment were lower,such as hypertension treatment.Conclusion The evaluation results are objective and highly recognized,which could be applied to core human resource performance,clinical practice skill level identification and surgical authorization,specialty construction and talent team training.
