摘要
在水氢电导率的测量中,在线仪表测量值会因树脂的再生率低比实际值低的现象。为了提高树脂的再生率,本文根据麦肯锡工作法,提出解决树脂再生率低的方案,根据方案对1条树脂柱制作了树脂柱动态再生装置,经检测发现使用动态再生装置再生的树脂,氢电导率测量准确,树脂柱使用时间可达到107天,与使用新树脂的树脂柱相当,该装置可以满足树脂再生需要,保证在线仪表的测量准确性。
In the measurement of water and hydrogen conductivity,the measured value of the online meter will be lower than the actual value due to the lower resin regeneration rate.To improve the resin regeneration rate,a solution to the low resin regeneration rate based on the McKinsey working method isproposed in this paper.According to the solution,a resin column dynamic regeneration device was made for one resin column.It is found by a test that the hydrogen conductivity of the resin regenerated by the activeregeneration device is accurate,and the resin column can be used for 107 days,which is equivalent to the resin column using new resin.The device can meet the needs of resin regeneration and ensure the measurement accuracy of online meters.
