摘要
目的探讨改良颈托在“沙滩椅”体位手术中的应用价值。方法选取赣南医学院第一附属医院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的86例“沙滩椅”体位手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为改良颈托组(43例)与传统固定组(43例),传统固定组采用传统固定方法,改良颈托组采用改良颈托方法,比较两组的固定效果、舒适度情况、术前体位摆放时间、不良事件总发生率、患者手术总满意度。结果改良颈托组的固定稳定率高于传统固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良颈托组的手术影响率低于传统固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良颈托组的头颈舒适率、固定舒适率高于传统固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良颈托组的术前体位摆放时间短于传统固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良事件总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);改良颈托组的患者手术总满意度高于传统固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将改良颈托应用于“沙滩椅”体位手术中,能缩短术前体位摆放时间,可提高固定效果和舒适度,降低对手术的不良影响,避免发生术后颈部不适等不良事件,提高患者手术满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of improved cervical collar in"beach chair"position surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with"beach chair"posture surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the improved cervical collar group(43 cases)and the traditional fixation group(43 cases).The traditional fixation group was performed by the traditional fixation method,and the improved cervical collar group was performed by the improved cervical collar method.The fixation effect,comfort level,preoperative postural placement time,incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The fixation stability rate of the improved cervical collar group was higher than that of the traditional fixation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical impact rate of the improved cervical collar group was lower than that of the traditional fixation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The head and neck comfort rate of the improved cervical collar group and the fixation comfort rate were higher than those of the traditional fixation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative positioning time of the improved cervical collar group was shorter than that of the traditional fixation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of patients surgical in the improved cervical collar group was higher than that in the traditional fixation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the improved cervical collar in the"beach chair"position surgery can shorten the preoperative position placement time,improve the fixation effect and comfort level,reduce the influence on the operation,avoid postoperative neck discomfort and other adverse events,and improve patient surgical satisfaction.
