摘要
发动机正时链传动系统是发动机的重要组成部分,它连接着曲轴端和凸轮轴端,影响着凸轮轴所关联的气门机构、高压油泵系统能否稳定的工作。本论文主要从正时链传动系统的设计角度出发,分别从正时链系统的选型、layout布局、3D数模设计、2D图纸以及模拟仿真等方面进行阐述,初步描述整个系统的设计步骤。
The engine timing chain transmission system is an important part of the engine.It connects the crankshaft end and the camshaft end,and affects the stable operation of the valve mechanism and high-pressure oil pump system associated with the camshaft.This thesis mainly starts from the design perspective of the timing chain transmission system,and elaborates on the timing chain system selection,layout,3D digital model design,2D drawings and simulation simulation,etc.,and preliminarily describes the design steps of the entire system.
