摘要
LC3相关吞噬作用(LAP)是一种新的非经典自噬形式,存在于吞噬作用和自噬途径的交叉点。LAP和自噬均参与机体免疫调节和胞内"货物"降解及利用。LAP的特征是将微管相关蛋白1A/1B轻链3(LC3)募集至包裹"货物"的单膜囊泡,LC3修饰的囊泡与溶酶体融合,导致所含"货物"被降解,该过程消耗部分自噬相关组分。体内LAP途径失衡可引发免疫激活和炎症反应,导致多种疾病发生。本文综述LAP研究进展,重点介绍LAP发生机制及其与疾病的关系。
LC3-associated phagocytosis(LAP)was a new form of non-classical autophagy that existed at crossroads of two pathways of phagocytosis and autophagy.Both LAP and autophagy were involved in immune regulation of body and degradation and utilization of intracellular"cargos".LAP was characterized by recruitment of microtubule-associated proteins 1A/1B light chain 3(LC3)onto a single membrane vesicle wrapping"cargo".LC3 modified vesicles fuse with lysosomes,causing contained"cargos"to be degraded,which used components of autophagy pathway.Imbalance of LAP pathway in body triggered immune activation and inflammatory responses,leading to a variety of diseases.This paper reviewed research progress of LAP,focusing on mechanism of LAP and its relationship with diseases.
