摘要
目的:探讨联用康复新液和炉甘石洗剂治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的效果。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年5月期间肇庆市端州区妇幼保健院收治的64例尿布皮炎患儿作为研究对象。将这些患儿平均分为对照组和观察组。采用炉甘石洗剂对对照组患儿进行治疗,联用康复新液和炉甘石洗剂对观察组患儿进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,P<0.05;其患处皮肤恢复正常的时间和住院的时间均短于对照组患儿,P<0.05。在治疗期间,两组患儿不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:联用康复新液和炉甘石洗剂治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的效果较为理想,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of kangfuxin liquid combined with calamine lotion on neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods:From July 2019 to May 2020,64 children with diaper dermatitis admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Duanzhou District,Zhaoqing city were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group on average.The control group was treated with calamine lotion,and the observation group was treated with kangfuxin liquid and calamine lotion.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05;The time of recovery of the affected skin and the time of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Confuxing liquid combined with calamine lotion has an ideal effect and high safety in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis.
