摘要
目前,泛癌图谱计划已实现从单个肿瘤类型的分子描述到跨越不同肿瘤类型的分子分析,在癌症易感性变异、致癌通路共现与互斥、生物调控网络紊乱和病毒感染对癌症的影响等方面均有不同程度的进展。泛癌计划的研究模式和研究内容是对癌症基因组图谱(the cancer genome atlas,TCGA)数据的整合和升华,与中医整体观念有一定程度的契合,尤其是与中医先天禀赋、五行理论、六淫外袭等理论有相通之处。但TCGA数据多来自原发肿瘤,而临床患者通常死于复发转移,故需进一步探讨癌前病变、首要病变、转移性肿瘤与药物治疗敏感性或耐药性的关系。
The Pan-cancer Project has realized the molecular description of a single tumor type to the analysis across different tumor types.And varying degrees of progress in cancer susceptibility mutations,co-occurrence and mutual exclusion of carcinogenic pathways,biological regulatory network disorders,and the impact of viral infections on cancers have been achieved.The research mode and content of the Pan-cancer Project are the integration and sublimation of the TCGA project,which is similar to the concept of holism in Chinese medicine to some extent.In particular,it has similarities with the innate endowment,the Five Elements Theory,and external assault of six Evil Factors.However,TCGA data mostly come from primary tumors,and clinical patients usually die of recurrence and metastasis.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the relationship between precancerous lesions,primary lesions,metastatic tumors,and drug treatment sensitivity or drug resistance.At the same time,explore the TCM pathogenesis of metastatic tumors,screen drugs against chemotherapy resistance and sensitization,and actively explore their mechanisms of action,explore better tumor research methods,and continue to verify their feasibility and scientificity,for it will provide a reference for cancer research and clinical decision-making in the future.
