摘要
第5代移动通信技术(5th generation mobile network,5G)通信技术应用于配电网自动化和差动保护领域,为配网的故障精确定位、隔离与恢复供电提供了新的发展前景。但是目前5G配网建设领域的技术经济学分析并不多,许多投资运营商仍对其成本持怀疑态度。针对上述问题,构建了基于网络拓扑结构5G通信的配电网改造经济性评估体系,克服了通过历史数据获得指标可操作性低的局限性;通过采用成本效益分析法对决策指标进行归一化,并利用不确定层次分析法确定各项指标的主观、客观权重以及综合权重,提高权重因子的准确性;最后利用正态分布的模糊函数法对某省基于5G配电网改造进行综合评价,验证了所提方法的有效和可靠性。
The application of 5th generation mobile network(5G)communication technology in the field of distribution network automation and differential protection provides new development prospects for the precise location,isolation and restoration of power supply for the distribution network.However,there is no economic analysis in the field of 5G distribution network construction,and many investment operators are still skeptical of its cost.In response to the above problems,an economic evaluation system for distribution network transformation based on network topology 5G communication was proposed.The limitation of low operability of obtaining indicators through historical data was solved.By using the cost-benefit analysis method to normalize the decision-making indicators,and using the uncertainty analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective,objective and comprehensive weights of the indicators,the accuracy of the weight factor was improved.Finally,the fuzzy function method of normal distribution was applied to comprehensively evaluate the transformation of a province based on 5G distribution network,which verified the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method.
