摘要
开花是高等植物生活史中的一个重要环节,光照、温度、植物激素等多种因子参与这一调控过程。开花素FT(FLOWERING LOCUS T)是叶片中开花途径的汇集点,它可以整合不同开花途径的信号,在成花转变和花发育过程中发挥着重要作用;同时在块茎形成、种子萌发、芽的萌动、分枝和气孔开放调节等也具有重要功能。本文从FT在成花转变、花发育过程中的功能和其表达的表观调控等方面,总结了近年来的研究进展,以期为深入研究FT和花期新品种选育提供参考。
Flowering is an important developmental phase switch in the life cycle of higher plants.Light,temperature,plant hormones and other factors participate in this regulation process.Florigen FT(FLOWERING LOCUS T)in leaves can integrate the signals of different flowering pathways and play an important role in flowering transition and flower development,and induction of tuberization,seed germination,bud burst,branching and stomatal opening.This review summarizes the research progress of FT function and epigenetic regulation of its expression in recent years,which will provide theoretical guidance for the further study of FT and flowering breeding of new varieties.
