摘要
目的:探讨穴位敷贴辅助治疗轻、中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)中老年患者的应用疗效及对患者肺功能的影响。方法:将2019年4月-2020年4月收治的80例COPD患者纳入研究,以抽选法随机分为两组,对照组40例患者常规内科治疗,观察组40例患者在对照组基础上以穴位敷贴辅助治疗。观察两组患者的治疗疗效及肺功能指标、血气指标、炎症因子指标改善情况。结果:两组患者的治疗总有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的肺功能指标1秒用力呼气肺容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second,FEV1)、一秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量百分比(Forced Expiratory Volume/Forced Vital Capacity,FEV1/FVC)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血气指标动脉血氧分压、动脉二氧化碳分压、水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血清白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以穴位敷贴辅助治疗轻度、中度COPD患者能有效改善患者的疾病症状,使患者的肺功能、血气指标及炎症状态得以改善,继而获得更为理想的治疗效果,因此认为以穴位敷贴辅助治疗轻度、中度COPD具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To observe efficacy of acupoint application on middle-aged and elderly patients with mild to moderate COPD and its influence on lung function Methods:80 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups by selection method,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine medical treatment,and the observation group were treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficiency of treatment between two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the lung function indexes of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05),including FEV1 and FEV1/FVC.After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant comparison between the blood gas indicators of PaO2 and PaCO2 between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the PaCO2 level was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application on middle-aged and elderly patients with mild to moderate COPD shows good effects,can improve the patient’s lung function,blood gas index and inflammatory state,and then obtain a more ideal therapeutic effect.Therefore,it is believed that acupoint application as an adjuvant therapy for mild and moderate COPD has high clinical application value.
