重型肝炎即肝衰竭,目前主要临床方案包括内科综合治疗、人工肝及肝移植。中医药在治疗重型肝炎方面有独特之道,中西医结合治疗重型肝炎能有效降低病死率,改善黄疸指数,改善临床症状。
