摘要
随着经济的快速发展,产业调整并不断聚集已成为经济发展的新形势,产业聚集出现的集中污染问题也日渐突出,给改善环境质量和控制环境风险带来了前所未有的挑战,需要产业聚集的相关管理机构提高自己的管理意识,不断调整优化。为了进一步做好产业园区环境保护工作,本文就清单式管理在规划环评中的应用进行了分析,并就管理内容编制的要点与重点进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of economy, industrial adjustment and continuous gathering has become a new situation of economic development, and the pollution problem of industrial agglomeration has become increasingly prominent, which brings unprecedented challenges to improve environmental quality and control environmental risks, which requires the relevant management organizations of industrial agglomeration to improve their management awareness and constantly adjust and optimize. In order to further improve the environmental protection work of Industrial Park, this paper analyzes the application of list management in planning environmental impact assessment, and discusses the main points and key points of management content compilation.
