不同因素交互作用下塑性混凝土性能的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 混凝土配合比设计合理性及原材料选取合理性是导致质量事故的直接原因,不合理的材料选取及配合比设计错误将直接影响结构的安全性。适当的水泥用量、合理的砂率、适中的水胶比以及其他材料等不同因素的交互作用,会影响混凝土的不同性能,开展单一因素研究性能变化规律较不适用,因此采用正交优化试验的方法,研究不同因素交互作用下混凝土各个性能的变化规律,更具实际意义。通过研究水泥掺量、水胶比、砂率、膨润土掺量等因素的不同水平变化,测试混凝土抗压强度、渗透系数以及弹性模量的变化规律,优选最佳配合比。最佳配合比:水泥用量为145kg/m3,膨润土用量为94kg/m3,黏土用量为75kg/m3,用水量为270kg/m3,砂子用量为864kg/m3,石子用量为652kg/m3,外加剂掺量为0.2%。 The rationality of concrete mix proportion design and raw material selection is the direct cause of quality accident,and unreasonable material selection and wrong mix ratio design will directly affect the safety of the structure.The interaction of different factors,such as appropriate cement content,reasonable sand ratio,water binder ratio and other materials,will affect the different properties of concrete.It is not suitable to study the performance change rule by single factor.Therefore,it is of more practical significance to study the change rule of concrete properties under the interaction of different factors by using orthogonal optimization test method.The permeability coefficient and elastic modulus of concrete compressive strength are tested by studying the variation of cement content,water-binder ratio,sand ratio,bentonite content and other factors at different levels,so as to select the best mix ratio.Optimal mixture ratio:cement dosage is 145kg/m3,bentonite dosage is 94kg/m3,clay dosage is 75kg/m3,water consumption is 270kg/m3,sand dosage is 864kg/m3,stone dosage is 652kg/m3,admixture dosage is 0.2%.
