女贞子对蛋鸡生产性能·血清生化和免疫性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Ligustrum lucidum on Production Performance,Serum Biochemistry and Immune Performance of Laying Hens

摘要 试验选择105只20周龄的健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为试验组A(基础饲粮+0.5%女贞子)、试验组B(基础饲粮+1.0%女贞子)和对照组(基础饲粮),每组设7个重复,每个重复5只蛋鸡,预试期7 d,试验期42 d。结果表明,女贞子对蛋鸡日采食量、日产蛋量、产蛋率和料蛋比影响差异显著(P<0.05)。在整个试验期内,B组日采食量显著高于A组,但B组料蛋比显著低于A组,A组的日产蛋量和产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验A、B组TC、TG、HDL、LDL、ALT、AST均显著降低(P<0.05),而B组血清中IgG、IgA、IgM的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,女贞子能够提高蛋鸡生产性能和免疫力。 A total of 10520-weeks-old healthy Hailan Brown laying hens were randomly divided into three groups:experimental group A(basic diet+0.5%Ligustrum lucidum),experimental group B(basic diet+1.0%Ligustrum lucidum)and control group(basic diet).There were 7 replicates in each group,5 laying hens in each replicate.The pre-test period was 7 d and the test period was 42 d.The results showed that Ligustrum lucidum had significant effects on daily feed intake,daily egg production,laying rate and feed to egg ratio(P<0.05).During the whole experimental period,the daily feed intake of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,but the feed egg ratio of group B was significantly lower than that of group A.The daily egg production and laying rate of group A were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,ALT,AST in the test A and B groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the serum IgG,IgA,and IgM levels in the B group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,Ligustrum lucidum can improve the production performance and immunity of layers.
