摘要
以榛子当年生半木质化嫩枝为材料,研究基质、激素种类及其浓度对榛子扦插育苗的影响,并运用隶属函数法对各处理组合的育苗效果进行综合评价,筛选出最佳扦插方案。结果表明:榛子扦插属皮部生根类型;在3个因素中,激素种类对榛子插穗生根影响最大;其次是基质种类,激素浓度对插穗生根影响最小。隶属函数综合评价表明:GGR+珍珠岩+蛭石(2∶1)+1500 mg/L GGR组合的隶属函数值最大,是榛子扦插育苗的最佳组合。
Taking the semi lignified young shoots of Corylus heterophylla as materials,the effects of substrate,hormone types and their concentrations on cuttage seedling of Corylus heterophylla were studied.The membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the seedling raising effect of each treatment combination,and the best cuttage scheme was screened out.The results showed that Corylus heterophylla cuttage belonged to the skin rooting type;among the three factors,hormone species had the greatest influence on the rooting of hazelnut cuttings;secondly,the type of substrate,and hormone concentration had the least effect on rooting of cuttings.The comprehensive evaluation of membership function showed that the combination of GGR+perlite+vermiculite(2∶1)+1500 mg/L GGR had the largest membership function value,which was the best combination for cutting propagation of Corylus heterophylla.
