摘要
目的探究桡骨远端骨折手法复位后采用动态小夹板固定的应用效果。方法64例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例。对照组在手法复位后实施夹板固定于中立位,观察组在手法复位后实施动态小夹板固定。比较两组临床相关指标、Gartland-Werley腕关节功能、关节主动活动范围。结果观察组肿胀消退时间(5.51±1.12)d、疼痛缓解时间(6.17±0.59)d、骨折愈合时间(33.18±1.25)d,均短于对照组的(6.89±1.94)、(6.91±0.38)、(35.67±1.11)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总优良率96.88%高于对照组的71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组屈伸活动度、尺桡偏活动度、旋前旋后活动度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对桡骨远端骨折患者在手法复位后采用动态小夹板固定具有良好效果,可以更好地改善患者相关症状。
Objective To investigate the practical effect of dynamic small splint fixation after manipulative reduction of distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 64 patients with distal radius fractures were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was fixed in the neutral position with splint after manual reduction,and the observation group was treated with dynamic small splint fixation after manipulative reduction.The clinical related indexes,Gartland-Werley wrist function and active range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results The swelling regression time,pain relief time and fracture healing time were(5.51±1.12),(6.17±0.59)and(33.18±1.25)d in the observation group,which were significantly shorter than(6.89±1.94),(6.91±0.38)and(35.67±1.11)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total excellent and good rate 96.88%of the observation group was higher than 71.88%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of flexion and extension,the range of radial ulnar deviation,and the range of pronation and supination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic small splint fixation after manipulative reduction has good effect on patients with distal radius fractures,and it can better improve the related symptoms of patients.
