摘要
目的研究妊娠期糖尿病患者产后出现糖尿病的危险因素,同时总结有效的护理手段。方法选取2014年3月—2017年7月到该医院产科进行分娩的500例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分析产后发生糖尿病的病例,并对患者临床资料进行总结,调查产后发生糖尿病的危险因素。结果500例妊娠期糖尿病患者产后发生糖尿病24例,占4.80%;进行单因素分析可得:年龄、身高、体质量、腰围、血压、血脂、不良生活习惯(吸烟、饮酒、熬夜等)、不良情绪等是妊娠期糖尿病患者产后出现糖尿病的单因素;进一步进行Logistic多因素回归分析可得:年龄、体质量、血压、血脂、不良生活习惯是妊娠期糖尿病患者产后出现糖尿病的独立危险因系(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者产后出现糖尿病的因素来自于多方面,临床需要根据患者的实际情况合理的采取措施进行干预和预防,避免产后糖尿病发生。
Objective To study the risk factors of postpartum diabetes in patients with gestational diabetes,and to summarize effective nursing methods.Methods 500 cases of gestational diabetes patients who went to the obstetrics department of the hospital for delivery from March 2014 to July 2017 were taken as the research objects.The cases of postpartum diabetes were analyzed,the clinical data of the patients were summarized,and the risk factors for postpartum diabetes were investigated.Results There were 24 cases of postpartum diabetes in 500 patients with gestational diabetes,accounting for 4.80%;single factor analysis could be:age,height,weight,waist circumference,blood pressure,blood lipids,bad living habits(smoking,drinking,staying up late,etc.),bad mood etc.were the single factors for postpartum diabetes in patients with gestational diabetes;further logistic multivariate regression analysis can be obtained:age,weight,blood pressure,blood lipids,and poor living habits are independent risk factors for postpartum diabetes in patients with gestational diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors that cause postpartum diabetes in gestational diabetes patients come from many aspects.It is necessary to take reasonable measures to intervene and prevent according to the actual situation of the patients in order to avoid the occurrence of postpartum diabetes.
