摘要
该文将基于研究型医院的发展路径,对当前国内外众多专家学者的现有研究成果进行深入研究分析,基于研究型医院的理论概念及可行性分析,进而提出新时期医科大学附属医院基于研究型医院的发展路径。提出新时期医科大学附属医院在实施研究型医院发展过程中,应坚持名院战略,分层次建设优秀研究型医院;坚持重点战略、分步检测优秀研究医院;坚持统筹战略,分阶段建设优秀研究型医院。同时,医科大学附属医院还需要结合自身实际情况,适时从“传授技术”逐步向“产生技术”方向进行发展,医院临床诊治重点内容也适时从“一般疾病”逐步向“疑难杂症”方向进行发展;医院临床诊治模式适时从“多元诊治模式”逐步向“综合诊治模式”方向进行发展;医院科研完成路径适时从原本的“个体研究”逐步向“团体攻关”方向转变;医院科技创新方向从“学习模仿”逐步向“自主创新”方向发展;医院科研发展方式从“量化扩展”逐步向“质的提升”方向发展。
Based on the development path of research hospitals,this article will conduct in-depth research and analysis of the existing research results of many experts and scholars at home and abroad.Based on the theoretical concept and feasibility analysis of research hospitals,the development path of medical university affiliated hospitals based on research hospitals in the new era is proposed.Proposed that in the process of implementing research hospitals in the new era,the affiliated hospitals of medical universities should adhere to the strategy of famous hospitals and build excellent research hospitals at different levels;adhere to key strategies and step-by-step testing of excellent research hospitals;adhere to the overall strategy and build an excellent research hospital in new strategies.At the same time,the affiliated hospitals of medical universities also need to develop from“teach technology”to“generate technology”in a timely manner based on their actual conditions,and the key content of the hospital’s clinical diagnosis and treatment should also gradually shift from“general disease”to“difficult and complicated”in a timely manner.The hospital’s clinical diagnosis and treatment model will gradually develop from“multiple diagnosis and treatment model”to the“comprehensive diagnosis and treatment model”in a timely manner;the hospital’s scientific research completion path will gradually shift from“individual research”to the“group research”direction at a proper time;the direction of scientific and technological innovation in hospitals has gradually developed from"learning and imitation"to the direction of"independent innovation";the scientific research and development methods of hospitals have gradually developed from the original"quantitative expansion"to the direction of"quality improvement".
