摘要
近年来,医院收支规模不断扩大,业务活动、经济活动、资源配置活动愈加复杂,行业综合监管力度和内部运行压力逐渐加大,亟需加快补齐内部运营管理短板和弱项,向精细化管理要效益。文章结合文献研究、关键知情人访谈、比较分析和案例分析方法,在梳理国家层面有关医院运营管理政策的基础上,对医院运营管理的主要模式进行调查和比较,并介绍同济医院的实践,旨在为医院行业开展运营管理提供参考,促进医院运营管理水平提升。
In recent years,the scale of hospital revenue and expenditure continues to expand,while business activities,economic activities,resource allocation activities become more complex,the comprehensive supervision of the industry and internal operation pressure gradually increase.It is urgent to speed up the internal operation and management shortcomings and weaknesses,to fine management to benefit.Based on literature research,interviews with key insiders,comparative analysis and case analysis,it investigates and compares the main modes of hospital operation and management,and introduces the practice of Tongji Hospital,aiming to provide references for hospital industry to carry out operation and management and promote the improvement of hospital operation and management level.
