摘要
目的探索加速康复护理模式在关节外科日间手术中的应用。方法纳入对象为方便选取2018年11月—2019年11月该院关节外科病区日间手术患者,共计120例,根据入院的顺序将其随机、均等分为两组。对照组采用骨科常规护理模式,研究组采用加速康复护理模式。对比两组患者在不同的护理模式干预下患者术后生活自理能力恢复情况、术后功能锻炼有效率、护理满意度及术后并发症发生率的差异。结果研究组患者术后生活自理能力恢复评分为(87.28±4.55)分,术后功能锻炼有效率为91.67%,总护理满意度96.67%,高于对照组的(77.52±9.40)分、63.33%、73.33%,研究组并发症发生率为8.33%明显低于对照组30.00%,差异有统计学意义(t=7.239,χ^(2)=13.811、12.811、9.090,P<0.05)。结论将加速康复护理模式应用于关节外科日间手术中,可有效提高患者满意度,保证手术效果,为患者提供更优质的护理服务。
Objective To explore the application of accelerated rehabilitation nursing model in day surgery of joint surgery.Methods The subjects conveniently selected and included were 120 patients undergoing day surgery in the joint surgery ward of the hospital from Novermber 2018 to Novermber 2019,and they were randomly and equally divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group adopted the orthopedic conventional nursing model,and the study group adopted the accelerated rehabilitation nursing model.The differences in postoperative self-care ability recovery,postoperative functional exercise efficiency,nursing satisfaction and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups of patients under different nursing mode interventions.Results The postoperative self-care ability recovery score of the study group was(87.28±4.55)points,the postoperative functional exercise effective rate was 91.67%,and the total nursing satisfaction was 96.67%,which was higher than the control group(77.52±9.40)points,63.33%,73.33%,the complication rate of the study group was 8.33%was significantly lower than that of the control group 30.00%,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.239,χ^(2)=13.811,12.811,9.090,P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the accelerated rehabilitation nursing model to day surgery in joint surgery can effectively improve patient satisfaction,ensure the effect of surgery,and provide patients with better nursing services.
