摘要
为解决分数槽永磁电机电枢绕组磁动势中存在高幅值低次谐波这一难题,该文对多层绕组采用星-三角(Y-(35))接法的分数槽集中绕组永磁电机进行理论分析,推导出适用于任意匝数比例、机械角度差的谐波磁动势计算方法,并由三相电机推广到m相分数槽永磁电机。基于该方法,该文进一步以10极12槽分数槽永磁电机为例,研究如何利用Y-(35)接法的多层绕组结构抑制高幅值低次谐波磁动势的方法,并给出其绕组匝数比例、偏移角度的关系表达式。最后,利用有限元软件建立不同绕组层数、不同接法的三相10极12槽永磁电机的二维有限元模型。仿真结果表明,当多层绕组分数槽永磁电机采用给定的绕组匝数比和偏移角度的Y-(35)接法绕组时,可以有效抑制低次高幅值谐波,减少分数槽永磁电机中铁心和永磁体涡流损耗,提高电机的运行性能。
In order to solve the problem of high-amplitude low-order stator harmonics in magnetomotive force(MMF) of fractional-slot concentrated-winding(FSCW) permanent magnet(PM) machines, theoretical analysis of the FSCW-PM machines with star-delta(Y-(35)) hybrid connection in the winding was carried out in this paper. Firstly, a calculation method of stator MMF harmonics, which was suitable for arbitrary ratio of winding turns and differential mechanical angle, was derived. Furthermore, the method was extended from three-phase to m-phase FSCW-PM machines. Based on this method, the elimination principle of stator MMF harmonics by adopting the Y-(35) hybrid connection was given, which could provide the principle to design the Y-(35) hybrid connection windings to study how to use Y-(35) hybrid connection in multi-layer winding structure to suppress the high-amplitude low-order stator MMF harmonics. Finally, four three-phase 12-slot/10-pole FSCW-PM machines with different winding layers and connections were established and calculated by the finite-element method. The result shows that the negative stator of Y-(35) hybrid connection in multi-layer winding with given multilayer-winding turn ratio and offset angle can effectively decrease the high-amplitude low-order stator MMF harmonics, reduce core loss and permanent magnet eddy-current loss in FSCW-PM machines, which improves their performances.
