摘要
目的:分析社区老年人口腔健康影响因素。方法:对上海市浦东新区陆家嘴社区卫生服务中心全科门诊就诊的老年人进行问卷调查。结果:共发放问卷250份,有效回收223份。有无高血压、糖尿病、冠心病及其他慢性疾病患病情况不同的老年人口腔健康状态差异显著;文化程度不同的老年人口腔健康牙齿数量差异显著。年龄与口腔健康状态正相关,与健康牙齿留存数量负相关,文化程度、月收入、口腔健康认知与健康牙齿留存数量正相关。结论:老年人口腔健康状态与慢性病有关,老年人口腔健康牙齿数量与文化程度、月收入、口腔健康认知的有相关关系。
OBJECTIVE To analyze influencing factors of oral health of the elderly in the community.METHODS The questionnaire survey was conducted among the elderly in general practice clinic of Lujiazui Community Health Service Center in Pudong New Area of Shanghai by using the convenience sampling.RESULTS 250 questionnaires were sent out and 223 were effectively recovered.The results of difference analysis showed that there were significant differences in oral health among the elderly with or without hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,other chronic diseases There were significant differences in the number of oral healthy teeth among the elderly with different education level.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between age and oral health status,and a negative correlation between age and the number of healthy teeth.There was a significant positive correlation between education level,monthly income,oral health cognition and the number of healthy teeth.CONCLUSION The oral health status of the elderly was related to chronic diseases.The number of healthy teeth of the elderly was related to education level,monthly income,and oral health awareness.The oral health management of the elderly in the community was of great significance to the control of chronic diseases.
