混掺纤维沥青混合料路用性能及经济效益分析

摘要 为评价复掺纤维(木质素纤维和玄武岩纤维)沥青混合料路用性能及应用效益,选取质量比为0∶10、3∶7、5∶5、7∶3、10∶0(木质素纤维:玄武岩纤维)五种纤维比例来制备混掺纤维沥青混合料,并对其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性与水稳定性进行评价。借助灰熵法分析了纤维混掺比例对沥青混合料各项路用性能影响程度的显著性,通过功效系数法探讨了复掺纤维沥青混合料路用性能与经济效益。研究结果表明:混掺纤维对沥青混合料低温抗裂性影响最为显著;当木质素与玄武岩纤维质量比为5∶5时,混掺纤维沥青混合料的综合性能最佳。 To evaluate the road performance and economic benefit of composite fiber(lignin fibers and the basalt fiber)asphalt mixture,five fiber mass ratio as 0∶10,3∶7,5∶5,7∶3,10∶0(lignin fiber/basalt fiber)were selected to prepare composite fiber the asphalt mixture.Then high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability were evaluated.Based on the road performance of asphalt mixture mixed with fibers(lignin fiber and basalt fiber)with different proportions,grey correlation entropy analysis was used to determine the significant impact of mixed fibers on road performance of asphalt mixture.Through the analysis of the efficiency coefficient method,the road performance and economic benefits of asphalt mixture were analyzed,so as to obtain the optimal blending fiber ratio.The results show that mixed fibers have the most significant impact on the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixtures.When the mass ratio of lignin fiber and basalt fiber is 5:5,the comprehensive performance of fiber-mixed asphalt mixture reaches the best.
