摘要
冷压缩机是大冷量超流氦低温系统的关键设备。通过数值计算与实验相结合的方法,探究了低温下氦工质冷压缩机叶顶间隙变化对其性能的影响规律。结果表明:增大间隙导致压缩机压比和效率的降低,两者呈线性关系;相比前缘间隙,尾缘间隙对气动性能影响更大;增大叶顶间隙,机匣面回流区域增大且向流道前缘移动,对质量流量进行补充,喘振点向质量流量降低的方向移动。
Cold compressor is the key equipment of the large cryogenic superfluid helium refrigeration system. Aiming at the cold compressor in superfluid helium refrigeration system, the influence law of tip gap on the performance of the centrifugal compressor was investigated by the methods of numerical analysis and experiment. The results show that increasing the tip gap will reduce the pressure ratio and efficiency of the cold compressor, which shows an approximate linear relationship;and the trailing edge clearance has a greater effect on the performance.With the increase of the tip gap, the backflow area on the casing surface increases and moves to the leading edge of the flow passage to supplement the mass flow, and the surge point moves to the direction where the mass flow decreases.
